We are honored to welcome you to Leadership University (LU) at the YMCA of Florida's First Coast. In the months ahead, we look forward to building on our strong curricula and educational program offerings with a focus on leadership development and the YMCA member experience.

Our learning tracks set the standard for quality within the YMCA movement and strategically place us, as an association, at the forefront of staff training, professional development and community influence. No other organization on the First Coast is positioned as we are to impact the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Investing in the growth of our leaders is essential to our YMCA reaching its highest potential. The impact we have on the community only happens with strong Cause- Driven Leaders.
